Privacy policy
Effective Date: April 9, 2026
PLIXOVA (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by JBLG Enterprise LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from plixova.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
If you have any question about this policy, email us at support@plixova.com.
Who We Are
The data controller responsible for your personal information is JBLG Enterprise LLC, 1021 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States, trading as PLIXOVA.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you place an order, create an account, contact support, leave a product review, or subscribe to our emails, we collect information such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details, and the content of your messages to us.
Payment information. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers through Shopify’s secure checkout. We do not see, handle, or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we receive technical information about your device and visit, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, time zone, referring page, the pages and products you view, and how you interact with the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties. We may receive information from our service providers, such as fulfilment and shipping status from carriers, review submissions from our reviews provider, fraud-screening signals from Shopify, and aggregated advertising and analytics data from platforms such as Google and Meta.
How We Use Your Information

- To send transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, and tracking updates
- To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries
- To handle returns, exchanges, and guarantee claims
- To screen orders for fraud or other risk
- To publish product reviews you choose to submit
- To improve our website, products, and customer experience

- To measure and improve our advertising
- To comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Legal Bases for Processing (EEA and UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to process and deliver the order you placed
- Legitimate interests — to run and secure our business, prevent fraud, understand how our site is used, and improve our products, balanced against your rights
- Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time
- Legal obligation — to keep records required by tax and commercial law
How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as needed to operate the store, and only with providers bound to protect it:
- Shopify — our ecommerce platform, which hosts the store and processes checkout
- Payment processors — to take and verify payment, and to process refunds
- Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners — to pick, pack, and deliver your order
- Order tracking provider — to give you live delivery status and send shipping updates
- Reviews provider — to collect and display product reviews
- Email service providers — to send transactional and marketing emails
- Analytics and advertising platforms — to measure site performance and advertising effectiveness
- Professional advisers and authorities — where required to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising and analytics platforms may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing for targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time using the contact details below or the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer, where available.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and session working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure our advertising. Essential cookies are required for the store to function. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will prevent parts of the store from working, including checkout.
Marketing Communications
If you have opted in, we may email you about new products, restocks, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing support@plixova.com. You will still receive transactional emails about orders you have placed, as these are not marketing.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Access — to know what personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy
- Correction — to have inaccurate information corrected
- Deletion — to ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Portability — to receive your information in a portable format
- Objection and restriction — to object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent
- Opt out — of targeted advertising, profiling, and any sale or sharing of your information
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under their state law. Residents of the EEA and UK have them under the GDPR.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Email support@plixova.com with the request you would like to make. We may need to verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming details of a recent order. We will respond within the timeframe required by the law that applies to you, and at the latest within 45 days for U.S. state requests or one month for GDPR requests. You may also use an authorised agent where the law allows it.
Data Retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping obligations, which is typically seven years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your query and handle any follow-up. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Data Security
Our store runs on Shopify, which provides encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant checkout. We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take reasonable steps to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to them, and we encourage you to read their own privacy notices.
Automated Decision-Making
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing. Orders may be automatically screened for fraud risk, but any decision to cancel an order is reviewed by a person.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our site does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals, as there is no common industry standard. Where required by applicable law, we honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Children’s Privacy
Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA and UK. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Complaints
If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not handled your information properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first — please contact us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The current version is always posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
