60-Day Fit Guarantee

If the Motion Strap isn't right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that's helping you adjust the fit, arranging an exchange, or processing a refund.

How to Start a Return or Refund

Email support@plixova.com with your order number and a short note about what isn't working for you. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

In most cases, we may ask you to return the item before a refund is issued. If your item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we will make it right at no cost to you.

If a return is required, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns cannot be tracked or refunded reliably.

Standard Returns (Fit, Preference, or Change of Mind)

For standard requests — such as the fit not being right, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item — the following applies. The request must be made within 60 days of delivery. We may ask you to return the item to the address we provide, and return shipping costs for standard returns are the customer's responsibility. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Original shipping fees, where charged, are non-refundable for standard returns.

Special Cases — At No Cost to You

We will resolve the following at no cost to you, with a replacement or a full refund (including any shipping charges): your item arrived damaged; your item is defective; you received an incorrect item; an item is missing from your order; you received the wrong quantity; your package was lost in transit; or your tracking has shown no update for an extended period due to a carrier issue.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where applicable, so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

Need a different bundle or a replacement strap? Email us and we'll arrange it as part of your guarantee claim.

Fair Use

The 60-Day Fit Guarantee applies once per customer per order and is intended for genuine product trials. We reserve the right to decline claims that show signs of abuse, such as repeated claims across multiple orders.
