Thank you for your order! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your PLIXOVA Motion Strap™ to you.
Delivery Timeline
Your order will be delivered in two phases:
Processing Time: 1–3 business days. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. During launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.
Shipping Time: estimated 5–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier conditions, customs procedures, holidays, weather, and order volume.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Any available expedited options and rates will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Address Changes and Cancellations
Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order? Email support@plixova.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to catch your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Occasionally, shipments are delayed for reasons outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us at support@plixova.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, so please double-check your shipping details.
International Shipping
We currently focus on serving customers in the United States. If international shipping options are available for your destination, they will appear at checkout, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
